Nouveau Restor After I got "free" samples they put me on auto ship and charged me. Orlando Internet

I ordered "free" samples of two skin care products from Nouveau Restor online this past July, I only paid the shipping which was $4.94 per product.  I got the products a few days later and thought no more about it. 

I don't know how many days later I started receiving phone calls from a number i was not familiar with and ignored them until they left a message in broken english saying that I was on their website and that my order was incomplete.  I finally called them back and when they said I hadn't finished filling out what info. necessary to complete my order I told them I did not want their procucts and to stop calling me!  Well, a couple ,or so, weeks later I received one of their products.  My life is busy, I set the box aside and figured it was their mistake and I'd deal with it later.  I just received another box yesterday, so that was two products a month apart ! I looked on my charge card statement and much to my horror, I have been charged not only for the two products that they automatically sent me but the two that were supposedly "free". $89.94/product!

I called them today, Oct 7, and the woman I spoke with said that I had 14 days to try the products ,that they were "free" 14 day trials and that I was supposed to call and cancel if I didn't want more and to be charged!  I am not the only person to be duped by theses THIEVES, when I ordered the crap these rules were not spelled out.  I was told I could return the one I got within the past 30 days for a refund.  Who knows if I will be refunded,? the woman tried giving me a discount on it it if I keep it! (2 different discounts)  I said "NO" that I don't even care for the prodcut and 89.94 is a ripoff! The products are nothing special.

A $300 lesson, very painful and extremely frustrating. DO NOT ORDER from these CON ARTISTS!
