I purchased tires and wheels from this outfit. They looked great. I loved them. I went home and when I opened my door, there was road tar and mud all over the side of my white doors. They installed tires and wheels that were too wide for my vehicle and protruded about 1" beyond the fender well.
I immediately called them and the saleman was not available. He refuses to call me back.
Don't they have an obligation to sell you the correct tires and wheels for your vehicle?
I noticed as I waited for them to do my work that the lug nuts were not the correct thread. They tried and tried for almost an hour to use their impact wrench to make them go on, but thankfully they gave up and had someone deliver the correct ones.
Also they were selling every one that changed their oil a filter and trying to get them to flush out the radiator warning them that serious damage could occur.
Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else. I feel screwed.

well, for starters, sorry to hear about your problem. all i can say is i worked there for years and saw countless people put oversized tires on their vehicles for many reasons. check your door sticker to see the proper size before you go to get prices and make a purchase. the salesman will sell you whatever you ask for. as far as the lugnuts go ive seen some pretty dense people work there, just be thankfully they didnt break any studs. when it comes to the service recommendations that's just routine, they use the same program the dealers use to see what the companies set their service intervals at, and if the fluid/filter is dirty, they recommend it, that's just basic procedure. if the mechanics didnt check the cars they'd never make any money, and it's not like the world's going to end if you dont buy it, it's just a reminder that you need to keep your vehicle serviced.
