Nuvell Financial very rude, threatening, disruptive, loud, abusive, unwilling to listen Memphis Tennessee

This company is the most unruley, hateful company ive ever dealt with. when i fell behind on payments due to loss of employment, it was all i could do to try and make things right.

but this company would not listen to reason, the woman on the phone called at least a billion times one right after the other and if they couldnt reach me they would call my mother and threaten her.

this woman on the phone (whom i spoke with) was threatening, when she said wheres the car, were coming to get it, i told her it was at the address she has on file, she then called me a d**n liar that it was not there and insisted on me giving her the address where it was.

first of all i could barely understand her due to the extremely poor english she spoke, are their accounts being sent overseas?, irregardless, this woman made me feel as though she herself was going to come to my home and harm me or my family, they can have the car its a lemon and has never been in good working condition .

why would a financing institute finance a vehicle that was in poor condition
