Hello fellow citizens Nuvell has stoled my vehicle today 10/10/2009 at 11:am this morning. when i sent a pymnt in for 300.00 dollars yestrday and advised them this week so. at first i called nuvell customer service 1-800-350-3561 i was told my the manager Jake that they did not hv my car and that it does not show a reposession. i am 2 months behind and py 280.00 a month. so i was told it was okay to send 300.00 and then 300.00 by 10/16/09 which i thought was kool. also they cahrged me all kinds of late fees and interest fees i bought the car for 10,000 my balance know is 8423,00 which is the price that was on the lot. So that's i contacted Nuvell and requested to speak to a manager which his name is jake from nuvell told me they didn;t hv my car and it does not show repossion on my file. i went to the police station and told them my car was stolen officer squirl called mpls impound first they told him my car was not with them. as Officer Squirl started to mk the report the phone rings bk it's the impound lot stateing a Company called Repossors took my car at 11:00am this morning. i was so embarrass and devastated, i left the police station and called the reposorros in maple grove guess what their office was not open and they will return monday at 8:30am. I researched the internet and found the driver who took my vehicle he stated an agent from nuvelll told them to come get my car and hold it until they recieve the 300.00 isn;t that illegal. So know i have to set here for 3 days for a response on my car. and i think Nuvell should be looked into. I got laid off form my job Nov of 2008. and sinmce then i have been having a hard time playing catch up on my bills. May God Bless Them but justice will be served on this company.

Its the companies fault to

AUTHOR: Charles - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, October 31, 2009

Its the companies fault to.  They did not send the payment arrangements  to the right,  department.

It was bad communications   on the banks,  part.  You should be able to sue them for bad commucations.

But that Is how things are done these days,  the bank purposelly failed to commucate.

So they can take the car.

Everything Is bad these days.   You can't trust anyone.

Best of Luck!

This is for Marcia and her "Quit Whining" rebuttal. You must be one heartless person or an employee. I guess you were too busy living under your rock to see the situation with the economy. I hope that I see you living under a freeway with the pigeon and their droppings as you are equally as low! Hear or feel that useless thing beating in your chest? It's called a heart.

Quit whinig

AUTHOR: Marcia - (U.S.A.)

You were two months behind so they repo'd your car? Why are you whining? You made a na greement to pay as scheduled and you didn't. This isn't a ripoff. Their customer service is probably poor, if things went down as your describe. But in the end, it's your fault, not theirs.
