NuWave Precision Induction Can Not Cancel Libertyville, Illinois 60048-1227

I made an internet purchase for the NuWave cooker and decided right away I didn't want this product, so I called and was told it take 24 hours to be in the system, so I called 24 hours later and was told it was too late and the product was on the way. I talked to manager and was told there was nothing I could do but return it but I still had to pay the shipping and processing, which is 60 dollars.  I was basicly told if I didn't want, why did I order it. I called my credit card company and it was still pending but there was nothing I could do.  I am so upset I am shaking!
