ordered a nuwave precision induction cooktop on August 13 2012.by internet advertisement.

advertisement read: Nuwave precion; buy one get one free just pay shipping & handling on 2nd.pic 3 payments of $ 33.33 +s&p.Free Bonus two complete nuwave pic cooking packages.which included; 2-3.5 qt stainless steel pots w/lids ,2-stainless steel steamer basket, 2 9pc. deluxe fondue kits, 2- cook books, 2- 9' green omlete pan, 2- 10.5" perfect green omlet pans ...quick start guide & instructin dvd...

We received the two countertop appliances, cook books, dvd & users guides..Our credit card has been charged .However we Did Not receive the Bonus package of the two complete sets of pots....we have tried to phone them .No reply after two weeks.. When will rest of order be shipped? Please reply

NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop They are deceptive in that they mislead the customer into believing you get more product but then don't send it. After calling they tell you to pay additional shipping and handling charges to get the rest of the order (the free part of the offer) which turns out to cost as much as the original order.
