They will update the status of your order to "label created" but I don't believe they will ever ship the product I paid for and was charged the day I ordered. Their websites keep changing. I believe they currently operate under 3 different websites. When you try to go to the website it is "down for maintenance" or completely down altogether. Buyer beware, this is a SCAM!!!! Do not buy from these people. Internet

I ordered 2 phone cases on 1/6/14.  My credit card was charged on 1/7/14 for the purchase.  I did not receive any correspondence from the retailer.  When I went to check on my order, their website was down.  They operate under a few different websites, so I tried the other one, where I found my order, but the order status hadn't changed.  I called numerous times, left VM, but no call back.  I emailed - you have to email with their drop down boxes, never heard back.  Then, I received a "Status Update" on my order that a mailing label had been generated and that I should see my order within the week.  The status update has remained as "shipping label generated", but the order still has not shipped.  This company needs to be put out of business, it is a total sham. 

Oh, and to add injury in insult, I paid for expedited shipping hoping to get my order in 3 days from when I placed my order)
