I placed an order Jan. 17, 2015 for an iPhone case and screen protector.  My card was charged on Jan. 18.  A mailing label was supposedly 'created on Jan. 20, 2015'.  The case was received Feb. 14, 2015--25 days after the mailing label was 'created'.

In the meantime, I contacted the company four (4) times to cancel the order since I had need of the case and screen protector and ordered elsewhere.  After the mail was received, (and I still have not opened the package, waiting to return it), I contacted the company two (2) more times to get an RMA.

This is now March 9 and I have not heard anything, nor received the money back to my account--and it seems the company is now among the missing.
