In May 2007, Martinez was running another scam at 234 5th Avenue, @ 27th Street, in Midtown. Investigators were crawling all over his scam, and theyre all over his scam now. Martinez was scamming room seekers for a $200.00 advance fee, then send victim to his other agency Rentasy Rentals at 3470 Broadway where Omar (partner in crime) would collect another $150.00 advance fee. This Con-Artist is a serial defendant in discrimination lawsuits brought by B-l-a-c-k-s, the D-i-s-a-b-l-e-d,

P-u-e-r-t-o R-i-c-a-n-s, H-o-m-o-s-e-x-u-a-l-s. nycityrooms.com simply collects an advance fee, then his SCAM partner (Jasmine) just sends the victim to another SCAM in uptown Manhattan called American Plaza, 3834 Broadway. American Plaza requires another registration fee, its just a circle jerk.
