My name is Leaf Porter, testing coordinator of the Fair Housing Council of New Jersey. Our fair housing testing of nycrentnow.com a/k/a nycityrooms.com, a/k/a nycmovetoday.com revealed the following: nycrentnow.com is not a registered business with the State of New York;
they are not an incorporated business in New YorkState, nycrentnow.com is an illegal business which is why they accept only cash as a form of payment;
nycrentnow.com is operating as an unlicensed apartment sharing agent in violation of Article 12-C of the New York State Real Property Law;
their employees discriminate against Blacks, Puerto Ricans, homosexuals, etc.. Modesto Esterlin Martinez [Dominican male] of nycrentnow.com charges desperate room seekers advance fees, doesn't find housing as promised, then does not refund the advance fee in violation of New YorkState law.
Here’s the nycrentnow.com business model: Martinez and his employee just collect an advance fee, the victim is dispatched to AmericanPlaza @ 3834 Broadway, in uptown Manhattan, and that agency wants another $150.00 up front fee. Downright fraud!

I am an employee for this company, This reports are filed from another competitor named Jhon Mcdermott. He has an office in the Midtown Manhattan Area, and uses ripp off report to defame other business in an unffair and anti competitve way. Mr Mcedermott cant compete in a clean way beacuse he is not mentally stable.
