OBX Racing Sports OBX RIPPED ME OFF, SOLD ME A BROKEN TACHOMETER, REFUSES TO GIVE MONEY BACK OR REFUND, FAKE ADDRESSES, REFUSES TO REPLACE TACHOMETER Oakland, California

I bought an OBX tachometer with instant recall and a shift light. I bought it and had a shop install it. I was told the tachamoter was defective and would not work. So I called the OBXRACINGSPORTS company many times (about 24 last count) with no response. I emailed them and they refused to fix the problem. They said cause it was electronic it was my fault and they would not warranty it. I told them it was new and the shop are professionals. I was then told it was their fault and they screwed something up. All the OBX company keeps doing is finding new ways of blaming someone else for their broken parts. They wont take responsibility for their mistake and are very mean and rude in emails. I was not asking for a whole lot. I just wanted either a refund or a new replacement tach that worked. I am really upset about this because I spent almost $200 on this tach and have never enjoyed it. It has been a nightmare. They will not even replace it. SO I am out my money, I have a defective part and I was humiliated and belittled by people I have never met.

I was so upset about this I cried. My husband was going to fly to CA with some of his friends and hurt the guy but I begged him not to so he did not. All I want is for people to know that these are bad people and are obivous con artists. I don't wish any harm on them but it would be nice if someone could help me recoupe my money or get a tachmometer that works from these people.
