I have visited and I still have NOT received my $45.00 Rebate. This was sent in with all documents 2/24/2001 1-877-783-3546 Second follow up. sent 5/25/2001/ Third follow up sent 5/30/2001 / Fourth follow up sent 6/5/2001 I have called you phone 1-888-221-4692 and gown through all of your punching numbers and still have no satisfaction with your answers. WHERE is my REBATE?

1-888-221-4692 and she said that my rebate is in the system and it would be another 30 days. I had to stay on the line until I reached a PERSON.

I have visited and I still have NOT received my $45.00 Rebate. This was sent in with all documents' 2/24/2001 August 1, 2001 I talked to Elaine and said that she was waiting for the money from
PRIME PERIPHERALS.

I asked to speak to her supervisor. She put me on hold. Mr. Gibbar said to allow 15 more business days. That would be
August 22, 2001 tracking number #11100402.

August 23, 2001 I called and talked to Elaine and finally got her to let me talk to Mr. Gibbar. He said that I would defiantly receive a check in 60 days. It should be here on a post card by October 23, 2001 October 24, 2001 I talked to Eatelma and she verified that the check #362779 and then gave me a number to call PRIME PERIPHERALS at 1-877-783-3546 and that is a Paging Service and needed a PIN number.

I called back and talked to Pamela and got the same answers and that the supervisor was not in today. I called back and talked to Eatelma and she put me on hold and then wanted my zip code. Then she said that I could talk to her supervisor, Fauscto and he could not give me any additional information.

When I called this number again, it was not a working number. It has been disconnected. The nest day, October 25, 2001, I called
the number again and it answered with "inter your PIN number" left a message for Mark Mahoney (?) And he is to call me back. ???
