I purchased their service more than a year ago and did not sign up for automatic renewal.  After being billed without my consent I cancelled the service and blocked them from billing me on American Express.  Instead of honoring my request they changed the name they use to bill me and charged my card again.

When you do try to cancel this service they make you send an email requesting they cancel and then write you back with something like this (see below).  Which makes no sense since it was pretty clear that my email to them (from their website) gave my account phone number and was clearly marked as a request to refund their last bill due to my not renewing the service.  I never received from them a request or an email asking for further clarification.

Poor use of the english language aside beware.  These guys are dishonest.
