Beware of Orderingonlinesystem.com. So I purchased the OpenSource online software system version from Orderingonlinesystem.com for a business venture I was going to develop. After the purchase of this software system I realized many functionalities of this software had bugs and flaws. I immeditate contacted Orderingonlinesystem.com with my concerns and received minimal feedback on this matter. Orderingonlinesystem.com stated to me on several occasions that they would be fixing all the bugs in their software system as soon as possible.
After back and forth with mutiple emails their solution to me was pay them to fix the bugs I discovered in their software system. I then thought to myself I can not believe that thees guys want me to pay them to fix the all the bugs which their system should of been 100% functional. So i purchased a broken software system and now i have to pay them again to fix it...quite fishy I would say. This just seemed like scam to me. So by me purchasing the OpenSource software version which does not come with future updates and they are not providing me with technical support all the reason for their scam to work. Look here orderingonlinesystem.com/pricing/ So if I bought the Enterprise version then I would be able receive future updates and technical support because I will be committing myself to the yearly fee which is $1199 per year after the initial purchase and that would cover the cost it would take for me to hire another developer to fix all the bugs within the software system anyway....great idea right?
So in essence I am stating to anyone that maybe considering purchasing this software system from Orderingonlinesystem.com be very aware you will need a developer to fix all the bugs or you will be paying them a yearly fee for them to continue sending you updates of their software system. Anyway I filed a dispute with them through my credit card company and this action is still pending at the moment. Now Orderingonlinesystem.com stated that I was trying to steal their broken software system and is also trying to slander my name as a criminal for trying to get back the purchased amount which is also defamation of character. I will have to pursue legal matters against this very soon. Thanks for reading.

I have been scammed Too by Sergio Khoury and Alonso Alvarez (Ordering Online System) , I KEPT USING THE SERVICE FOR A YEAR NEVER WORK BY THE TIME THE ANNUAL CONTRACT FINISH THE SOFTWARE NEVER WORKED FULL OF BUGS AND THE WANT TO FIX IT WHILE YOU PAYING .
ALSO PAID FOR A COMPANION APP THAT WAS IN BETA WHEN THEY RELEASED THE OFFICIAL ONE THEY WANT TO CHARGE AGAIN .
AT THE MOMENT OF THE SALE THEY PROMESS THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A ESPECIAL OFFER OF A CUSTOM THEME FOR FREE IF I DID BUY THAT THEY WICH I DID MAKE ME SPLIT THE PAYMENT IN TWO AND CHARGE ME EXTRA $100 JUST FOR THAT SO I CAN LOCKING THE FREE THEME . AFTER I ASK FOR THE THEME THEY DENIED THEY GAVE ME THAT OFFER I ENDED UP PAYING MORE JUST FOR BUYING THAT DAY AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAID $500 FOR THE THEME.
AFTER BACK AND FORTH WHIT THEM FIXING BUGS EVERYDAY I JUST GIVE UP LOST $1100 NEVER GOT TO USE.

Than i decide to upgrade my system to latest one might be all bugs can go.After all 2 years pass i was to stupid to think this company can be more professional in that time but i was wrong.At least before upgrade my website able to take orders.After SIMPLE upgrade everything goes wrong.We found bugs on every step.They useless team didn't test our website i guess just click upload button and send me email "here you go website ready" last 3 weeks was disaster to me. I loose customer because of them.They failed to fixed the bugs.
You have to read ALONSO email to me.I think he is 7 years old JOKE otherwise no one can be stupid him.I am very surprise how he manage company but not surprise anymore because he couldn't :)
My advice to you all if you need online ordering system don.t choice them.You will only get stress and loose your own customer with huge of amount money nothing more.
After everything goes wrong and couldn't fixed i request full refund my money but of course THIEF people not accepted.So i open dispute for upgrade fee at least i can get back but after i open dispute The STUPID business partner proof himself (SERGIO) as a STUPID to and send me bellow message.
They are really stupid.How i steal my money? Anybody heard anything like that stupid? I open dispute for refund because they mess up with my website and ALONSO the IDIOT refuse the refund my payment.
Your website is suspended because you try to took advantage of us and steal the 299 usd when opening the paypal dispute.
You will get the 299 back just not asap, we don't want them, you have lost all our support, the 299 will be refunded withing the paypal limits.
We fixed all the bugs that you reported and still you always were complaining, we asked several times which bugs you had like 1,2,3 and you didn't tell us, you simply told us, hey test and fix everything, what kind of person says that? Clearly not a person that wants to solve ay issues.
You decided to go on the road to take advantage of us and opened the dispute, did you really think you could still use our services after that?
Under any circunstance we will work with you again, unfortunately for you we are not in need of money, not 299 not even millions, we decide who we want to work with.

We even sent you 2 emails asking if you were willing to sign an agreement that you would not use our system we would refund your money without any problem.

Awful experience.
I did write a 1 star review sometime ago due to issues we had. However they blocked our system as a result
We paid $1199 for the open source system.
The customer support is bad. Many emails went unanswered or their replies were unhelpful.
Before the purchased we asked about the system and they lied about what it could do. It was useless to us and went unused.
A dispute as now been issued on Paypal and I will contact my bank on Monday in order to get he money back.
