Awful experience.
I did write a 1 star review sometime ago due to issues we had. However they blocked our system as a result
We paid $1199 for the open source system.
The customer support is bad. Many emails went unanswered or their replies were unhelpful.
Before the purchased we asked about the system and they lied about what it could do. It was useless to us and went unused.
A dispute has now been issued on PayPal and I will contact my bank on Monday in order to get the money back.

Dear Simon, you are our 2nd criminal case of this month. Same tactic: 1.- Buy with Paypal (open source) 2.- Cash it back with your bank 3.- Keep the code - You have stolen the software - Check these link people careful goo.gl/UdTdQ8 - goo.gl/HtWs3W - off course none of your comments are true.
We even sent you 2 emails asking if you were willing to sign an agreement that you would not use our system we would refund your money without any problem.
