Oriental Trading Company lie, didn't deliver on their promises, ruined a party Internet

Oriental Trading company is a scam. We ordered products for a 5 year olds birthday party. They promised the items would arrive on a Friday. (we had to pay extra for shipping) When they didn't arrive we called and spoke with a supervisor who promissed they would be delivered on Saturday. When we the products didn't arrive on Saturday we called back and they put us on hold and never came back on the line. I called a second time and the same thing happened. I called a third time and someone said there was nothing they could do. The person didn't try to help just said they didn't know why they never even shipped the order. When I told them they still had one more day to get us the products before the birthday party they said there wearhouse was closed and the couldn't do anything. When I asked to speak to someone higher up in the company they disconnected me for the third time. If I ran my business like this I would be broke.

This company does not follow thru on committments or even try to delivery what they promissed. They also charged us extra for shipping even though the products didn't arrive until 3 days after the party. They completly ruined a 5 years old birthday party and the could care a less. Do not order form this company unless you want to be disappointed.
