My scam charge was a collect call for $20.20 plus tax--total $23.12!
I went to The Billing Resource website and filled out the Billing Inquiry Form (http://www.thebillingresource.com/contact/4-1.asp). In less than 24 hours I got a response that the Billing Resource would credit the disputed amount back to the account "as a courtesy" and I'd see the credit in "one to two billing cycles." Well, I'm not going to pay the 23.12 and then hope for the credit to actually show up, nor endure BS late fees from AT&T so now I still have to dispute this with AT&T. I will use the terminology quoted in http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/357/RipOff0357487.htm
If I have any more problems, I'll be back.
