The Billing Resource On Behalf Of OSP Communications I was charged for a collect call from OSP Communications and I wasn't even home! Henderson Nevada

Qwest Communications has charged my phone bill for a 3rd party collect call they say I accepted from Espanola, NM. I was in Montana. Qwest processed the charge from The Billing Resource on behalf of OSP Communications. When I protested the call the Qwest representative insisted that I had to have been there to accept the call and the only way to have the charge reversed was to call OSP Communicaitons and talk with a representative and dispute the call. I was provided a number that was not answered - just a continued loop that played music and said "your call is important to us, please stay on the line and we will be with you shortly". Poor service by my phone line provider. I have also been charged for 9 Directory Assistance calls not made by me or from this address. My business is not being protected by this company. I'm totally dissatisfied and may discontinue my service.
