OUTEDGE POWER PRODUCTS The product was a back-up battery case for a note 5, purchased for approx 80 dollars which they claimed was able to charge the battery case and phone without taking the phone out and charging seprately, The same exact product is on Amazon for less than 28 dollars, but the reason i purchased the more expensive was because they advertised charging is done without having to do both seprately.  I already emailed and asked them why the same exact product is less than 28 dollars on Amazon, they said battery is better quality but is a lie, both have the exact same mAh and exact same case. I asked him why it doesnt charge the phone without taking it out from the case, he said I had to push the power button after plugging in which i have tried dozen of times. He would not answer my question about a full refund as his website claims 30 days if unsatisfied. I sent two emails. 

I purchased a Back-up Call phone case for a Note 5 which it stated that the phone can be charged without having to remove it. It stated that clearly on their web site but when I charged the case the phone battery was dead the next morning. I had tried many times to charge the phone and the case but only the case will charge, I would need to remove the phone and then charge it seprately.      I emailed the site and after 2 days got a response, he told me I needed to push the power button after plugging in but it doesnt work. I also asked him why the same exact product is only 20 dollars on Amazon, he said it was because the battery was a better quality which I believe is false, they are both the same mAh and esact case.      The reason i didnt purchase the cheaper one, which is exact same case is because it doesnt charge both the external case battery and phone at the same time, something this doesnt do either and is over twice the price. They false advertised on their website.  I emailed him twice asking for a full refund, he hasnt replied to that yet. Please compare the two
