Owners.com = false advertisement
These guys are total losers. The "premium FSBO" pkg says you get a listing on owners.com and 20+ partner websites. Don't believe it!. You will get a nice listing on Owners.com but that's it. Zip. Zero. Nada else.
I asked them several times to get this corrected and each time it took 3 or 4 days to get a response and even then the person on the other end didn't even know what pkgs they offered. I asked twice for my money back and got no response. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my VISA.
I wasted my time - don't waste yours.

Why did you file this report under "Realtors"

I don't understand why you filed the report under the catagory "Realtors". This site that you placed your property on is for owners only and not Realtors. The whole idea of the site is to avoid Realtors and the marketing that Realtors use to market your property.
Maybe you didn't understand that the point was to not actually sell the property through the MLS but to avoid the MLS and avoid the people (Realtors and buyers) that use the MLS. I have nothing to do with the site. I was just curious about the confusion between offering the property by owner and offering a property through the MLS. Did the sales rep tell you exactly what you were actually signing up for when you agreed to their terms?
