Owners.com Frustrated with Owners.com San Francisco, California

My wife and I decided to use Owners.com to sell our home on line.  We opted for the Showcase package and paid $295.00 on 9/25/09 for a 180 day listing.  Part of our package was a listing on Realtor.com, Yahoo real estate, Trulia, Zillow and a few other sites. Since we got a listing on Realtor.com, Owners.com used a listing agent to get our home listed on that site. For about 80 days, all went well.  Anyone that clicked on our listing at any of the sites was directed to our page at Owners.com so they could see our posted photos and a property description.  About 80 days into our 180 day term with Owners.com, we noticed our traffic drop off to about 1/10 of what it was. The sites like Yahoo Real Estate, where we were getting most of our traffic from, were no longer linking back to our listing at Owners.com but instead to the listing agent hired by Owners.com.  The page at the listing agent is essentially a dead end as it has only one photo posted and no property description.  I contacted Owners.com and spoke with Kevin.  He had me try something, I did as instructed and a week later, the problem persisted.  I then called the listing agent and he said, other than posting some photos for us at his site, there was nothing he could do. I called Owners.com again and spoke with Kevin and explained the situation and told him what the listing agent told me.  Kevin said he'd get in touch with the listing agent and call me right back but I never heard from him again.  I called Owners.com one more time and explained my problem to a woman, I forget her name but she works in the AM, and she told me, "I don't know what ta tell ya...there's nothing I can do."  

Don't use Owners.com to sell your home unless you enjoy being frustrated and like not getting what you paid for.
