On Monday, August 24, 2009 I went to an appointment with Pacific Loan Solutions. I told them I was upside down on my home loan and needed help in getting the loan modified. The company had contacted me, telling me they could help. Zachary Gonzales, the said attorney for the ripe off company. Told me they would be working with Wachovia Mortgage Comapny. I have a huge folder/file of phone calls, visits to the office, letters they sent me, fax I sent them. All the documents.

I begin receiving phone calls from Wachovia Bank (I had never missed a house note before this). I was told by Pacific Loan not to make my house payments. That way I could pay them to get me out of this mess. They did nothing for me, but continued to lie and take my hard earned money. In October I went to the office and they appeared to be moving as the office was empty. They told me they were just moving to a larger office. They were really getting out of down to go somewhere else and ripe off more people like myself.

I called Wachovia to tell them what was going on and ask had Pacific Loan Solutins contacted them? They had never heard anything from Pacific Loan Solutions. At this point I was in tears. I was behind in my housenote, no money to make up the behind payments. Wachovia finally agreed to help me. After much work, papers, letters. In Febuary Wachovia forgave my behind payments. I am up to date with a modified loan. It is not what I wanted,but I have a home making payments toward the interest. Next year the loan will go up. Pacific Solutions are liars and thieves.

I wish there was a way I could get my money back from this so called company. Zachary Gonzales should be held accountable for what he did to me and so many other people. They are a scam.

Pacific Loan Solutions need to come clean and return peoples money or go to jail where they belong.
