Paint Zoom Truly a Rip Off paintzoom.com, California

I was so impressed with their advertising I ordered 2 Paint Zooms. That was my first mistake. Only one was delivered. After repeated calls to customer service, they told me this was a Postal Insurance Claim. I explained to them that 1 box was sent, 1 box was delivered and it had not been tampered with. They have refused to send me the second unit that I had paid for.
To add insult to injury, they have been debiting my credit card for $11.24 every month. When I called them about that, They told me that I had been enrolled to a Premium Saving Membership. This of course was done without my knowledge and consent. They would not refund any of the unauthorized debits.
These guys are scam artists and I would not recommend dealing with them.
