My girlfriend wanted 4 shirts from palmercash for her birthday. Ok, fine, not a big deal. I ordered all the shirts for a total of about 100 dollars. Then I realized I forgot to specify the sizes of the shirts. Dang. Ok, So when I received the shirts(yeah I actually recevied them..I placed the order in april, seems like around may palmer just stopped shipping orders) Anyways, when I received them I followed the return policy and mailed the shirts back, asking for the correct sizes on the order slip. A few weeks later, I received the package back with only 3 shirts in the correct size. The fourth was missing, and on the order slip, was a hand written note that said it was out of stock and that they would refund my card. Ok, fine. It's been almost two months and still no refund, and any attempt to conact them has been met with silence. I found the following phone number on the whois infromation for their website( 208-484-7251) I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I will as soon as I get out of work. Here's to hoping there's someone there.

I saw an ad for palmercash today and figured what the hell, I'll give them an email, a year later, to see if I can finally get my issue resolved. I really wasn't expecting anything back, but instead, almost instantly, received a response back from a very helpful rachel! She then worked with me to resolve my issue, even though it's now over a year old. This has completely change my view on the company, and I'd definitely shop here again.
