Partylite - Barbara Carpenter Ignoring phone calls, and refusal to cancel transaction Apopka, Florida

I attended a PartyLite party in which Barbara Carpenter was the consultant.  I placed a substantial order that day, and decided shortly thereafter that I wanted to cancel one of the items on my order.  As per the the Cancellation Notice on the receipt, one is allowed to cancel any transaction without any penalty or obligation within 3 business days. 

I called Ms. Carpenter several times within 24 hours of placing my original order.  She did not answer any of my calls.  I left her messages requesting a call back, and my intention of changing my order.  The only communication I have heard from her, is through a friend that attended the same party.  She relayed the message that she would not be able to cancel because she already placed the order the night before. 

I have also sent text messages in attempt to reach out to her, she has continued to ignore all my communications.  This is a cowardly way of doing business.  It has been several weeks now, and I will be contacting PartyLite Gifts, Inc. directly.  I will be returning my entire order versus just the single item I intended to change out.

Barbara Carpenter a consultant for PartyLite in Central Florida, and a poor and irresponsible example as their representative.  Do not accept her business.
