Passport to Fun made unathorized and fraudulent charges to my debit account. They charged my account $14.96 per month for six months before I realized what was happening. I filed a claim with my bank, who stated they could only credit me with $29.90, or 60 days' worth of charges. I am still fighting this with my bank.

When I called Passport to Fun, I was told that my membership was authorized when I used Travelocity.com to book a trip. I was told I clicked on a banner during this transaction, authorizining the membership and charges. I was also told that I received an email confirmation of this on 7/24/07. I informed them that I never agreed to this membership, I did not authorize the charges, and I did not receive a confirmation email. I requested to cancel the membership and refund my money immediately. I spoke to a supervisor named Gloria, ID# 4789, who cancelled the membership and said they would make a full refund in 5-7 business days. We shall see.
