We had placed an order with Vista Print for business cards and this company , as far as we know, gave our credit card information to Passporttofun without our authorization.

We signed up for nothing else accept buying business cards from Vista Print. We authorized only Vista Print to access our credit card for payment for the business cards.

Then we received our credit card bill and found the charge for $14.95 for a monthly charge to Passporttofun. We didn't even know who they were or what they did nor have we ever heard of them until we got our credit card bill.

We then called our credit company to begin an investigation into this charge and this company. We have also called the passporttofun company and cancelled the account with them.

We recalled them and got an automated message that said our account had been closed. We'll see.

How can these companies get away with signing you up for something you never asked for or authorized and then say that when we bought the item or service from the other business they got our credit data from, that we "automatically" agreed to sign up for their product or service as well,

but then when you go back to the initial web-sight or business to find where it was that it said you were automatically agreeing to something else, there is nothing of the kind there?

We will do what we can to help stop these fraudulent business because even if the company is legit and some peoplmay want their service, they still have no business clandestinely signing people up who DON'T want it.
