I had applied for a payday loan with Payday Loan YES and never heard one way or the other whether my loan was approved. I never thought anymore about it, until I called and checked my bank account on January 1, 2008 to see that there had been SEVEN unrecognized debit transactions on my account. I immediately went on the internet to view the transactions, and to my surprise and disbelief, Payda Loan YES had debited my account SEVEN times totaling an amount of $690.
The most disturbing part of this is that I never received any funds from this company. They never followed up on my loan application and they never deposited any funds to my bank account.
I am perturbed at this situation because I am looking at my account possibly being sent into an overdrawn status. As well as how long it will take this bogus company to return my funds and for other items which I have presented for payment to be handled. I am thoroughly upset and very angry at this company's idea of business. They are unprofessional and fraudulent!
