Payday-loan-yes - Cashnet 500 - Global Payday Global Harassment at work constant calls do these people go through customer service training? Ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

I took out a loan with this company a few months ago, I closed my bank account and made payment arrangements. I did not receive my check in time to make my first payment. The same day the payment was to be made I recevied a call from TIM ATKINS at payday-loan-yes asking me if I was going to send the payment or not. I told him that I did not have the money as of right now but would call when I did. I also asked him to please stop calling my work since my boss was on my case and I could not afford to lose my job.

Tim then told me it probably wouldn't matter if I lost my job because I didnt pay my bills anyway so I told him to stick it where the sun dont shine. Tim then proceeded to call my work back 3 more times after I asked him not too threatening to garnish my wages. I faxed over a letter asking him to remove my work number from his records. He called yet again and told me a piece of paper is not going to stop him from calling, so I hung up on him again.

My boss finally typed up a letter telling him to stop calling the office and I sent over documnetation regarding the fair debt collection practice and multiple infractions he made by continuing to call me and use threats. I have not heard back from him. I do plan on paying off my debts since I did borrow the money but that company will definitley be the last one I send money too. Is there any type of complaint I can file against him? It would be nice to think about him having to take out payday loans himself since he is out of a job and then get harassed by the lenders just as he has done to me. What a loser!!!Thanks for any help!
