The reviews for Payline Data are awesome, very misleading though. Being in a high risk industry and only selling online, finding a merchant service is difficult. Looking at the A+ and 5 star reviews we decided to apply. We applyed in August 2015. There were some unrelated issues with our bank ending in us getting a new account number so we updated our "agent" with the new account numbers and the rest of the paper work that was needed. We had gotten an email in early September saying we were ok and being reviewed by the underwriting support team. This was expected because of our industry and our product so we sat back and two days later we got "Approved" account number and gateway set up.

On the 25 of September we made our first official sale. When we went online, October 12th, to see why the money was not in our account we realized that our bank account numbers were wrong. We called Payline and the informed us that we were missing documents. We got hold of underwriting services to get the paperwork we needed, I am at fault one mistake they mentioned. There were a few documents on the list we didn’t have because we were never told they needed the information, and the other missing items were documents we had already sent. We sent all of the information to the underwriting service and I had mentioned to them on the phone and in email that our account numbers were incorrect and needed to be changed. For three days I called them to tell them our accounts needed to be looked at. On the 19th of October we were approved by underwriting support, we promptly emailed our “agent” and for the first time in over a month he called me. I made him aware of our account numbers being wrong, he said he was going to look at it and get the changed. On the 22nd they were still not fixed so we emailed our agent, he is out until Monday. I called the number given to me talked to someone who directed me to call someone else. I called no answer and left the 3rd voicemail with all of my info. In total we have sent our information almost 10 times and nothing has been done. In fact our account has been suspended.

I am not sure what is going to happen with this whole situation all I know is at this point I am willing to let them keep what we had earned just to save myself the head ache. This company is the nothing like what it says. There is a similar story on here that matches ours and posted a year ago, the response from payline says this will never happen again. It happened, is happening, and unfortinatly will keep happening. If you want to save money do not use Payline Data.
