PC ONE Club, CCR Ripoff, fraudulent credit card scam. Bait and switch. Promised refund never came. Champlain New York

I was contacted by PC One Club and offered a credit card, computer and internet service with additional perks for the cost of 349.00. Ten days later my checking account was debited for that amount. One month later a package was sent to me with a credit repair booklet but no credit card or mention of any of the other promised perks. I called to cancel and get refund and was told to send package back and refund would be issued. After they received package, I was told it would take 30 BUSINESS days to receive refund. Well, it's been 35 business days and no refund. I called to check statis of refund and was told to call back in 10 more business days now, as she would have to send my file to the company to find out the problem. It's unlikely I will ever see a refund. This is a major ripoff company.
