Personal Credit Services Company will take your money then make you jump through hoops to get a refund. This is a very shady company!!! Stay Far, Far, Far away!! East Islip New York

This company is really tricky and misleading in its business dealings. Their website states, Whether you have A-1 credit, no credit, bad credit, delinquencies, collections, liens, judgments, or even a bankruptcy, Personal Credit Services can help you get a quick personal loan or maybe even fast bad credit personal loams it does not cost anything to apply.

In reality, the company does nothing more than provide you with a list of the websites of local, everyday banks that most people must have heard of and instructs you to apply for a loan with each of those banks. Last time I checked, many banks wont loan you money if your credit is not up to par, and banks like Bank of America certainly wont loan you money if you have delinquencies, bankruptcies, etc.

Also, it DOES cost to apply! You have to pay PCS a bogus fee for doing nothing more than giving you a list of banks that you can find by picking up a yellow book! The higher the amount of the loan you wish to secure, the higher this bogus fee.

Furthermore, if you are denied credit by the banks (and you will be denied if you dont have a good credit rating) you have to wait until you receive a rejection letter in the mail from EVERY lender on the list they give you. Thats right. You have to apply with EVERY lender and provide a letter from EVERY lender if you expect to receive a full refund. PCS gave me the run around because one of the lenders made a counteroffer after denying me, and I refused to take them up on their offer because it was such a lame deal (there were so many fees involved to get this lame credit card for people with bad credit with a spending limit of only $50 or something), and PCS actually denied me my refund, insisting that I apply for the lame credit card before they could issue a refund.

If you have bad credit and cant get a loan, just save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company because you WONT be approved by any of the lenders, and you will be hard pressed to get a refund of the fee you paid to PCS. Try family/friends or other options, just not this company!!!! If you have good credit, you should be able to walk into any bank or go online and apply for credit without paying this shady company hundreds of dollars first!! You will only end up losing with PCS, and it will take you a lot of time and effort to get your money back, IF you ever get your money back.

If you have already made the mistake of paying PCS the bogus fee and are in the process of requesting a refund, be sure to make copies of everything you send and be sure to send any mail certified!!! PCS has a habit of claiming they didnt receive information sent to them via regular mail, and if you send the original letters without making copies, you are pretty much out of luck when they claim they didnt receive it since there is no way of proving that they did receive it.

Thankfully, I managed to get my money back, but Im sure many people have lost out by dealing with this company. I took the time to write this detailed review with the hopes or saving even one person from this company. Dont walk but RUN in the other direction. No good will come out of this company!!
