PFC Payment Solutions Mr. Derek Shepherd beware of scam Loveland, Colorado

Talk about a scam.  Mr. Derek Shepherd from PFC Payment Solutions said he was with QuickBooks.  We talk about what kind of services he provided.  He signed me up with a QuickBooks membership that was going to be a credit card processing service.  We agreed that he would only withdraw the monthly payment fee along with a monthly statement fee.  The amounts were written in a contract.  He told me that only the amounts in the contract would be withdrawn.

 Since signing the contact, there has been various amounts withdrawn from my account by this business.  I did not authorize those charges.  Those charges were never discussed and are not mentioned once on the signed contract.  I've sent a letter to his office seeking a refund of the said charges, but two months have gone by, and I still haven't gotten a reply.  I've been scammed!!!
