PFC Payment Solutions Payment Solutions Direct DANGEROUSLY INEPT Loveland, Colorado

Seven days prior to the sale of my business PFC Payment Solutions rep. Jamie Bell, who originally signed our business with pfc, was asked to come to my place of business to do the required paperwork to transfer the credit card processing and terminal lease to the new business owner.  

Mr. Bell and his staff completely botched this process. Not only was the processing account not transfered in a timely manner, the First Data Global Lease account for the machine was left in my name! Upon contacting Mr Bell, I was told that instead of transferring the account, a new one was mistakenly opened and I was assured by Mr. Bell and Mr. Trey Smith that the situation would be remedied. It was not, in fact the processing account became such a mess that the new owner of the business was forced to go elsewhere for his c.card processing and since my name was left on the credit card terminal lease I was left holding the bag!
 
After numerous conversations with the so called "customer service dept", namely Ms. Debra Moore, who also assured me she would not allow First Data Global Leasing to damage my credit, NOTHING was ever done to remedy the situation! I now have a charge-off on my credit report and destroyed credit.

None of these "professionals" have the integrity to own up to their mistakes and now my family and I are paying the price! it is my opinion that if you do business with any of these individuals you too could have your financial future destroyed.
