They charge everyone different rent

The community officer at the local precint told me in December The police have been called to the building 27 times in the last 6 months.

There are pages of License and Inspection reports that include violations

They had over a MILLION dollars in gas bills from when they STOPPED paying PGW

TURN (Tenant Union Representative Network) are very familiar with this organization and continued resident complaints.
