 Unfortunatly in this instance Pizza Hut is correct in with holding your check. The labor laws in many many states demand that only the person who earned the money can distribute ot collect it. Im sure that your problem can be easily solved.

If you need to print something out, a local library will normally allow you to print something out cheap. Second, you have the internet. Why are you not making calls over it. There are many free and also cheap VOIP services. Heck you could probably make a phone call over a open wifi network.

If you want your money either go pick it up or use the system as it is intended to be used. Quit complaining about something Pizza Hut MUST do BY LAW. If they hand that paycheck to your mommy without express either written permission or express verbal permission then PH can be sued. Your considerably small paycheck means nothing to them. When your a giant corp like PH, your views tend to be past the first four digits in any figure. Them holding your check is simply them following the law. If you have a problem with it, move to a state that would allow your mother to pick up your paycheck.
