Platinum Warranty, Warranty Wizard ripoff, scam, scumbags, dirtballs Cleveland Ohio

I had a warranty through Warranty Gold. I had actually cancelled my warranty and was told to expect a refund of money paid in to it. Roughly around 1200.Well, I waited and waited and no refund. So I called up there to find out what was going on and found out they had filed bankrupt.Well, I waited around for about 3 months and got tired of being yanked around by them with no refund and called my mastercard. They credited me back almost 800.00 of it.Its actually a debit card but since I used it as a mastercard for this warranty purchase it fell under mastercards agreement. This was a few years back and nobody has gotten ANY money back from this company yet. Only people that have are ones that used a credit card and could do a chargeback. Anyway, the point of this is if you paid on a credit card call them about a chargeback and see if you cant get all or some of your money back. Good Luck!!
