Platinum Warranty - Warranty Wizard ripoff Can not get ahold of Company to find out about my extended auto warranty, purchased in Jun. 2003. ripoff Cleveland Ohio

Tried to contact Platinum Warranty Corp. today. The phone no. is no longer in service. Talked to the Emergence Roadside Co. on my Warranty Card and they said that my warranty was cancelled in 2005. My warranty is a 7 yr. 75000 mile warranty which was purchased in Jun. 11, 2003. A full bumper to bumper, with 0 deductable. Cost $971.00. Car covered is a 2000 Ford Mustang GT. Have not had to use the warranty as of yet so the only money that I am out of is what I paid for the warranty.

From your report I see that from other people that have had to deal with Platinum Warranty Corp. that they do not pay their claims and that the Co. is out of business. I would like to know if this is true and if so what I can do to try and get my money back.

If there is a class action law suit against this Co. then I would like to be part of it. I would also like to know who I can contact to help get this problem resolved. Thank You
