Portraits USA Lied, untruthful, poor etiquette Mesa Arizona

I live I'm Arizona, it's hot in the summertime, your stores air conditioning was not working, making my daughter and husband extremely hot to the point they were both red in the face and sweating, it doesn't take much human compassion to reschedule a photo appointment so that my 20 month old daughter will take pretty pictures, it's honestly not that hard to make a baby or toddler smile, unless of course it's 120 degrees outside and the store your getting your photos done at doesn't have working air conditioning. I would also like to say that I am pregnant and was expecting the one and only maternity picture we took to turn out wonderful but no it as well did not turn out any better and none of the pictures were worth crap at all. Your prices are expensive and over the top. I had to photo shop these photos so that I could still use them to send to long distance relatives. I'm appalled at your businesses etiquette. I wasn't offered a refund or a redo or anything, even the lady looking through the photos with me admitted they were horrible! 

 

I will not be using that "free ticket" for my newborn pictures and I will not do business with your company again, further more I would like to also make it known that I will make sure everybody knows about your poor business etiquette and to steer clear from your "photo studios"
