No issues with delivery, which was prompt, nor contents of what was ordered.

But.......upon receipt I tried to boil 5 qts of water using a top of the line stainless pot with a ferrous composition bottom (one of the types recommended by the manufacturer)

Their claim that cooking takes half the time is baloney.  This same pot on my gas range gets to a rolling boil in 18 minutes.  On the Nuwave Induction Cooktop at 35 minutes on the recommended High setting, water was barely bubbling from the bottom of the pot and never did get to a rolling boil.

If it takes twice as long to even get close to a boil I can't believe this cooktop has the power to do an adequate job for anything but melting butter or keeping a fondue warm.

Now here is the catch.  My invoice total for merchandise was $99.99 and the Shipping and handling a whopping $194.80!  And since they don't refund the S&H I'll be out the $194.80 PLUS whatever it costs me to ship the return!

I'm betting they have such a high return rate that they grossly inflate the S&H and have a built in profit regardless of whether the items are returned or not.

This smacks of a huge rifpoff no matter how you slice it.  I will contact the company and if I am not satisfactorally compensated for a good portion of the S&H will pursue with the BBB and my state attorney general.  Don't fall for this scam as I did.
