Their "quote" over the phone means nothing at all. Even though we provided extreme detail of the items t be moved, to include dimensional measurements, the price magically changed to MORE THAN 200 PERCENT HIGHER upon their arrival - Doesn't leave one any opportunity to adjust, now does it? Therein, lies their scam... they bait you with a great "quote" and then when they arrive to pack your items, they charge you 200%+ more, knowing that you have little if any options on MOVE DAY!!!

I cannot imagine that in any industry on this planet, one can operate succesfully while giving quotes that are more than 200 percent off of reality... do you? This must mean that they victimize countless people who hire them on their bogus quotes. But wait, there's less... to add insult, they didn't even bother to place a furniture item in protective wrap and damaged it, then upon filling a claim, they didn't even bother to respond for one month - I had to call. It's still unresolved. Do yourself a HUUUUUUUUGE favor and give your things to charity before you hire this company to move them for you - it would be less costly.
