Advantage Van Lines; Precision Van Lines This company has done to me what several others have reported. They tremendously increase my bill. Held my property from 05/05/09 to 05/26/09. Two deliveries is part of their scam. Union City New Jersey

On April 27th I contracted with Advantage Van Lines; making an initial $300 deposit. They were scheduled to pick up my furniture on 05/04/09 but did not until 05/05/09. Several incidents accured. I recieve some of my furniture on 05/24 the rest at midnight on 05/26.

Most of the reports on rip-off-report and squeaky wheel are consistent with my ordeal. I am in the process of trying to define what type of legal action is appropriate. I think everyone who has been a victim should get together and file a class action suit against this company. I know this could be time consuming but it is worth it for several reasons. Being compensated for damage to belongings, pain and suffering and two to put them out of business!

This company, Advantage Van Lines or Pecision van lines as I later found out they also call themselves do not need to be in business terrorizing people. They will hold your belongings hostage until you give them the additional money they scam you for. We had nothing but an air mattress we purchased at Wal-mart while they decided when to deliver our furniture which was promised on 05/08/09.

When you first do business you get a plain English speaking person. When the movers arrive theyare people who don't understand you but know to collect money. Thank God one of the movers did speak English clearly but he said he could not discuss any business because he was not the foreman. Of course the foreman did not speak English clearly.

I had to involve the police. I beg anyone reading this to not do business with this company and if you have already please, consider my plea to let's band together.
