I went to a seminar and thought I would try this package out, after all, it had a refund option provided that I returned the package before a specified date. I returned the purchased package before the requested time and was told that a refund would be forwarded to me.

Then started the phones calls to them to try and get this refund. We, my wife and I, call every month, and have been told
1. That we will be in the next mailout.
2. That they are running behind.
3. When put through, no ome answers the phone, or it is answered and they say the person that looks after that is not here at the moment and they will ring back. Yea right...

We even contacted the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Suprise. They do not belong, but they contacted them on our behalf and we received a letter from them with a note stating that "They are on the listing for the next mailout". Sound familiar? That was nearly a year ago.

I feel sorry for their staff for the abuse they must go through, by the fraudulent practices that their management practise.

I wish I was able to get to Florida and visit personally to see what their excuse would be then.

Got It

AUTHOR: Palmap - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 14, 2011

Well.... It took me 4.5yrs to get mine, but this worked for me.

1. Talking to them is a lost cause.
2. I had a 'tame' lawyer draw up a letter and send it. This caused an immeadiate reply by their lawyer, and as such we obtained an email and phone number, but best of all, 'A Name'.

I will be happy to .PDF all the documents to you that I used, which will give you an idea how to go about it.

I will give my Gmail address, which will dump all the spam.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

PremiereTrade is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!

AUTHOR: Nick N. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 25, 2008

I just wanted to write and tell everyone to avoid this SCAM company. I worked at this place and quit right after I saw how they scam people out of their money and don't give refunds. This company is about bankrupt and has a very unsatisafactory record with the Better Business Bureau. James Dicks has all of his relatives and his little butt buddies work for him like this "Michael" person who claims to get people refunds, yeah right. You have to threaten attorney action of they won't give you anything. LOL, it's hilarious watching this company go under. What goes around, comes around. James Dicks is a complete joke, everyone read this article about him from the Houston Press. http://www.houstonpress.com/2006-02-02/news/who-is-james-dicks/

You can't help but feel bad for James Dicks, who Marc Sparks and George Thompson decided would be the "founder" of 4X Made Easy.

When he was deposed for a lawsuit filed against him and GlobalTec in 2004, Dicks had great difficulty answering questions about his work history. He also didn't know if he held active securities licenses.

According to information on his Web sites, Dicks's "last project for a client grossed over $30 million" and he has "created, built and driven super-successful and award-winning national marketing campaigns since 1989."

None of his job history registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers reflects those claims. Nor does his own deposition.

He described his job at Dynetech: "When I left Dynetech, I was a sales trainer...didn't really do anything...It was just a job created for me to -- for nothing. I mean, to help me out. I really didn't do anything. It was a hypothetical position." He says he didn't know who hired him at Dynetech, nor did he know his boss's title.

In the case of DIX Media, Dicks said he was president, but did not know if he was also an owner. Nor did he know if there were any employees aside from him and his uncle. He didn't know how long he worked there or what his next job was.

In his professional bio, Dicks says he is "proud to have served in the United States Marine Corps."

But in his deposition, he couldn't remember how long he was in the Marines, describing his time there as a "bureaucratic nightmare."

Dicks admitted to being a defendant in fraud cases, but he did not know how many.
