PremiereTrade AI are a company that market and sell trading software. I became aware of them after seeing one of their infomercials on TV and attended one of their seminars on 14th January 2007.

I purchased the softare at their seminar and was told that I could do so "risk free" since if I was not happy with the software I could return it within 15 days.

The software was not what I was looking for and was fraught with technical issues that PremiereTrade were unable to solve so I returned the software in person on 29th January 2007 at their next seminar. At that time I was told that the refund would be mailed by check and should take 30-45 days.

Time passed and the refund check never arrived. I have called PremiereTrade and spoke with Adam Horak on numerous occasions to try and find out what the status of my refund is.

Every call to Mr Horak is essentially the same. He tells me that my refund has yet to be processed and that I should receive it soon.

I have filed a compaint with the Attorney Generals office of Florida and I have learned that PremiereTrade are currently under investigation as a result of people like myself not receiving their refunds in a timely fashion.

In conversation with the investigator assigned to the case I have learned that there are approximately 400 people who are due refunds and dozens of complaints filed with the Attorney General just like mine.

My last conversation with Mr Horak of PremiereTrade was today (5th September 2007). He told me that I should get my refund check by December 2007.

After 7 months waiting for my refund check my patience is at an end. I feel that I have been lied to and deceived by PremiereTrade from start. The 15 day risk free trial is only risk free if one obtains a refund, which now seems unlikely.

My only recourse seems to be to file a suit against PremiereTrade to obtain my refund.

I would be very interested to hear from other people who have purchased the PremiereTrade software to see whether or not they were able to secure their promised refund.

It must be clear by now that this operation is nothing but pure fraud, total scam. Their product is worse than worthless as it will cause you to lose one HELL of a lot more money than the 3 grand pissed away on the non-functioning software. The smartest thing you have done so far is to give it back. They are simply giving you lip service to get you off the phone, why don't you join the multitudes and set up a class action, or file a lawsuit on your own for damages. These scumbags should be stopped.
