This is a complaint of Fraud against Premium Distributing Center (PDC), including misrepresentation. When they called our office, they made it seem as if we had been a regular customer of theirs and we weren't.
As the other complaint on this company states: "they simply call the business location and say they are going to deliver toner at a discounted price and then you are invoiced for the amount" of $500+.
I am outraged that this happened to our company. When asked, they even claimed that we had been a customer before but had no records of it. We should not have to pay for this unsolicited call we received leading up to a delivery.
This is fraud and should not be accepted by anyone.
