Premium Nutraceuticals, vydoxtrial.com, vydox Vydox misleading $4.95 free offer - they bill $89.95 on autoship and when try to cancel, say you are not eligible for refund Martinez Georgia

I ordered their free trial sample for $4.95 for S & H.  I did not notice anything about signing up for a $89.95 autoship monthly charge.

When I saw the $89.95 charge on my bank statement earlier today I immediately called and cancelled the autorship program I did not know I was in.  They told me I was not eligible for a refund of the $89.95.  Apparently they charge your account the $89.95 14 days after your order date.

I only recieved the sample a few days ago, so they are counting their time to process the order and the shipping time as part of the 14 days.  This is totally unfair and misleading.

After complaining the customer service rep said they could issue a 15% credit on the $89.95 but would not refund the total amount.

Their 100% satisfaction guarantee claim is total BS.  

Their terms and conditions say you can get a full refund by calling customer service, but the customer service rep then tells you you are not eligible for a refund.
