I contacted Pressler and Pressler on 9/15/08 because a judgment was entered against me. I called twice and spoke to 2 different "paralegals". I requested proof of this debt since my bank account was levied after the judgment without receiving any type of paper work for me to volunterly offer payment of a debt that I do not feel I owe. Both times I was refused proof of this "debt" citing that the burden of proof is on me. If I do not feel I owe, why is the burden on me? They have to prove to me that I owe it since this debt was given to Pressler and Pressler by Midland Holdings LLC. I also requested their client's address and phone number and this information was also refused to me. Now according to the Fair Debt and Collection Act I am entitled to proof of this alleged debt. Why am I being denied this? I again contacted Pressler and Pressler today 10/3/08 at around 4PM, I spoke with a man that said was a paralegal, I again requested proof, I was told once again that the burden of proof is on me. He wanted me to tell him where I work and my home phone#, when I refused he got loud and nasty with me. I explained to him that I did not have to give him any ammunition against me and that I plead the 5th, he hung up on me.
Now my conversations with Pressler and Pressler were recorded by them, so there is proof that I was not treated fairly by this company when I called to request proof of the alleged debt.
It is clear to me that they do not have proof and that since the court clerk has to accept all papers for filing, and since I was not present on the judgment date they feel the debt is valid. I want Proof it is my right as per the Federal Government.

you have to file a motion with the court stating the dc-number
they secured the wage execution/summery judgement against you
to stop the wage execution and summery judgement
pressler will not do it unless the court orders them to.

just the fact that they didn't show up..means you should have won the case..
Several "courts" in Jersey cosign their requests for summery judgement without
even reviewing the documents!
You Should have filed an answer prior to your court date..if you didn't do this
they gain a foothole in their case..
you need to also file a report with the attorney generals office..
complaining of the fact that you were not allowed your due process..
If there is a judgment against you, you will have to challenge this through a motion to show proof of claim. If they have not bought the judge (it may also be a corrupt law clerk,) the case should be dismissed, lest Pressler coughs up the contract.
Not only is the judgment void without the contract, New Century has no standing to sue! If the judge does not dismiss, you must file a collateral action for declaratory relief, naming the judge as well.
