Pressler and Pressler (Midland FUNDING) withdraw my entire checking and savings account without my knowledge from Bank Of America totally 4,000. parsippany new jersey

I am a widow, however separated from spouse for 7 years to the 1 1/2 years of deceased husband and divorced for 2.

I might have received a post card from Midland but to my next surprise as I go to the bank to withdraw money I saved to send the kids to camp, it was gone. As I received no notice from the Bank or Pressler and Pressler,  All my money stolen right out of the bank. a total $4,000. was withdrawn from my checking and savings accounts, leaving me with 0 dollars to not only not pay for the kids summer camp but couldn't even pay my mortgage.  I am a single mom working every day to support my kids as their father left only bills no insurance.  To think that this company without any verification can petition the court and the court approve and then the Bank of America to take ALL MY MONEY is outrageous.

I called them and through my desperation, made arrangement ot pay 100.00 a month.  The credit card bill I found out was for 1500.00 and they are assessing 6,705.00 $5,000 of INTEREST!   This is extortion! I was to pay 100.00 in december and forgot as I am trying to give my kids a christmas. I picked up the mail and see a letter ...already...
