Preston's Vineyard Custom Homes - RWA Design/Build Took twice as long as the contracted terms to build the home, refused to abide by the contract on several counts, and has left numerous punch list and warranty items hanging for months. Atlanta Georgia

RWA Design/Build took several months longer than the contracted terms to build our house. We paid thousands of dollars in additional interest because RWA did not take a diligent approach in managing the project.

Furthermore, there were numerous items that were agreed upon verbally and/or in writing in advance and RWA either refused to abide by those agreements or issued a change order for us to pay for them if we wanted them to be included. As a result, it cost us thousands of dollars above the contracted price to get the home built to the specifications that they had agreed to.

Additionally, we have several punch list items including code violations and cosmetic issues that have not yet been addressed and a few problems that have come up since we moved in a few months ago, some of which the builder has verbally accepted responsibility for but has not done anything about.

I would recommend that you speak to the previous clients of this builder before deciding to use them as I have received numerous unsolicited comments from other dissatisfied clients, suppliers, and others who have done business with RWA that suggest our negative experiences with this builder were not unique to our case.
