PRICELINE MORTGAGE ripoff, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE LOAN OFFICERS, DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS , DOES NOT CLOSE ON TIME JACKSONVILLE Florida

I applied for a refinance loan on priceline.com and spoke with a loan officer by the name of Lynette. She assured me of qualifying for a 15 yr fixed loan at a good rate.

I submitted all paystubs, w-2's etc. and it went to underwriting. Well, Lynette did not know her own companies policy about rental income can not be used as monthly gross income in a single dwelling home, therfore I did not qualify for the term.

Not to mention the $395 credit card charge to get the loan process going that would later be used for closing costs. Lynette then said that the 20 year loan would definitely go through, yeah right, before I knew it (34 days later) they offer me a 30 yr fixed at the rate I currently have. I told them I want my $395 back being that their loan was the same I have now. The supervisor told me that the money is not refundable and that they got me approved for something at least. RIPOFFS RIPOFFS LIARS LIARS
